Hyphens Pharma expands Ocean Health® distribution to Sri Lanka

Singapore, 3 November 2020 – Hyphens Pharma International Limited (“凯帆药剂国际有限公司”, “Hyphens Pharma”, or the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”), Singapore’s leading specialty pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare group, is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Ocean Health Pte Ltd (“Ocean Health”), has signed a Distribution Agreement (“DA”) with Healthguard Pharmacy Limited (“Healthguard”) to appoint Healthguard as an exclusive distributor of Ocean Health® health supplements. 

Under the DA, Healthguard will be granted exclusive rights to distribute Ocean Health® health supplement products in Sri Lanka, such as Ocean Health’s best-known Singapore’s No. 1 Omega-3 fish oil, Multivitamins, and Joint-RX health supplements. Ocean Health is a leading Singapore-grown health supplements company which offers a wide range of high-quality products at affordable prices. 

Mr Ng Yiu Cheong, Business Development Director of Hyphens Pharma commented: “We are excited to partner with Healthguard, a leading distributor of high-quality wellness products in Sri Lanka, to distribute Ocean Health®, a Singapore-trusted brand of comprehensive health supplement products to increasingly health-conscious consumers, particularly during this pandemic period.”

The DA will not have a material effect on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2020.
