The Group has adopted a Code of Conduct (“the Code”) that applies to all its employees. The Code sets out the principles to guide employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities to the highest standards of personal and corporate integrity when dealing with its competitors, customers, suppliers, other employees and the community.
The Code sets the minimum standard that the Group expects of all employees, regardless of the jurisdiction or legal entity through which the Group operates.
It is the responsibility of every employee to comply with the spirit and principles of the Code, as amended from time to time.
